Tenvelo Manager

The venue in your pocket, and it says when it needs you.

Tenvelo Manager is the phone app for whoever runs the place. The day already added up, the one thing that needs a decision, and the few changes worth making without going in.

iPhone and AndroidComing soon

Today

Open it and the day's already added up.

No report to build and no date range to pick. The figures you'd otherwise ring the duty manager for, on the first screen.

  • Against the same hour last week

“Is £1,840 by two o'clock good?” has an answer, because last week at two is sitting next to it.

  • Every site in one list

Each site's takings so far, on its own trading day, so a group reads as one business.

  • How it's being paid

Card, cash, gift cards and points, with tips kept apart from your takings.

  • What's selling

The day by the hour and every item's sales, so you can watch the rush land and see what came off the menu with it.

Needs you

It works out what needs you.

An owner shouldn't have to go looking for the thing that's wrong. The app keeps one list of what needs a decision, and tells you when something lands on it.

  • Worked out, not hunted for

The list is built from the day as it actually went, rather than left on a page you have to remember to open.

  • The one thing to do

Each item says what to do about it, and you do it there — not in a different screen three taps away.

  • A push when it matters

Your phone tells you the moment something needs a decision, and stays quiet when nothing does.

  • Whoever's on call

A manager sees the sites they hold. An owner sees all of them, from anywhere.

From where you are

The few things worth doing from the car park.

Not the whole back office squeezed onto a small screen. The handful of changes a manager actually makes mid-service, each a tap or two, landing on every till at once.

  • Sold out, and back on

The last of the hake goes off sale at that site — on every till and your ordering page — before the next table orders it.

  • Slow the kitchen down

Pause online orders, push the collection time out, or turn a delivery app off for the night.

  • Fix a shift, approve the week

Someone forgot to clock out: correct it with the reason recorded, and approve last week's timesheets from your phone.

  • Tell every till, once

“Kitchen's twenty minutes behind, quote thirty for takeaway” reaches everyone on shift, and you can see who's read it.

Every screen

What's in Tenvelo Manager.

Each screen does one job for one person, and says who it's for.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Is there a Tenvelo app for managers?
Yes — Tenvelo Manager, on iPhone and Android, for whoever runs the place. It's separate from the till on purpose: no staff sign-on in front of a customer, and no owner's figures on a screen facing the queue.
Can I see my takings from my phone?
Yes. Today's takings, how they were paid and what's selling, against the same hour last week, for one site or every site you hold.
Does it replace the back office?
No. The back office is where the business is set up and read in full, in any browser. Manager is the handful of things you need in your hand: today's figures, what needs you, and the changes you make mid-service.
Can I take a dish off sale from the app?
Yes. Mark it sold out at one site and every till there, and your own ordering page, follow at once. Put it back on the same way.
Can I approve timesheets on my phone?
Yes. See who's on the clock now, correct a shift somebody forgot to clock out of, and approve last week's timesheets.
Does it work for more than one site?
Yes. Every site you hold is in one list, each on its own trading day, and you can open any one of them on its own.
