- Can I check my takings from my phone?
- Yes. The back office runs in any web browser, so you can check today's takings from your phone, a laptop or the tablet itself.
- What is a Z report?
- The end-of-day summary of a till: total takings by payment type, VAT, tips, discounts, refunds and what was sold. Tenvelo builds one for each site, each day.
- What's the difference between an X report and a Z report?
- An X report shows the takings so far without closing anything. A Z report closes the day. In Tenvelo you can check what the drawer should hold at any time, and the Z report closes each site's day.
- How do I cash up the till?
- Count the drawer at close before Tenvelo shows what it should hold. It works out whether you're over or short against the float, cash in and out, and asks for a reason past the limit you set.
- Does Tenvelo work with Xero or QuickBooks?
- Yes. Daily sales, VAT by rate, payments and tips for each site go straight to Xero or QuickBooks.
- Can I compare my sites?
- Yes. Look at one site on its own, all of them together, or side by side, each on its own trading day.
