Loyalty

Loyalty your regulars actually use.

Your regulars earn points or stamps on every visit. Nobody downloads an app, rewards come off the bill at the till, and they check their balance from the receipt.

Your scheme

The tenth coffee free, or points on every pound.

Choose the scheme that suits you, and set the rewards your customers can spend.

  • Points or stamps

Points for every pound spent, or a stamp card where the tenth coffee is on you.

  • Rewards you choose

A free item or money off, redeemed at the till as a discount so VAT and reports stay right.

  • One scheme for every site

Run a single scheme across all your sites, or across a franchise, with a report of who earned and who redeemed.

Earning

Easy to join, easy to earn.

Customers join at the till in seconds and earn on every sale linked to them.

  • Sign up in seconds

New members join at the till with a phone number or email and a consent tick.

  • Put right automatically

Void or refund a sale and the points it earned come back off.

  • Balance on the receipt

Customers scan the QR on their receipt to see their balance. No app.

  • Coming: earned from their card

With Tenvelo Payments, a known card will earn points by itself, with no phone number at the till.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Do customers need an app for loyalty?
No. Points build up on their customer record, and they can check their balance by scanning the QR code on their receipt.
Can I run a stamp card?
Yes. Choose a stamp card, such as the tenth coffee free, or points for every pound spent.
Can a digital stamp card replace paper ones?
Yes. Stamps sit on the customer's record, so the card can't be lost or left at home, and you can see who's earning and who's redeeming.
Do staff have to ask for a phone number?
Find the customer at the till by name, phone or email to add their points. Earning automatically from the card they pay with is coming with Tenvelo Payments.
Can I give points as a goodwill gesture?
Yes. Adjust a customer's balance from their record, and the change is noted in their history.
