Bookings
Bookings that turn into orders.
Take a booking and Tenvelo does the chasing. When the party arrives, seat them and their tab opens on the table with their name already on it.
Taking bookings
No double-booking. No clipboard.
Bookings live on the same tables as your till, so the host, the floor and the back office all see one room.
Every detail in one place
Party size, time, how long they'll stay, name, contact, a note and the table. Change or cancel it whenever you need to.
Never booked twice
A table can't be booked by two people for the same time, and a party too big for the table is caught.
Your hours, your turn times
Set opening hours and how long a table usually takes at each site, and bookings follow them.
Coming: deposits
Holding a card against a booking, with a no-show fee if they don't turn up, is coming with Tenvelo Payments.
Before they arrive
The chasing, done for you.
Guests hear from your venue, not from a booking platform, and the relationship stays yours.
Confirmation and reminder emails
Sent in your venue's name and in your local time, with a link to cancel that can't be clicked by accident.
Guests matched to your regulars
A booking is linked to the customer's record by their name, phone or email, so you know who's coming.
On the night
The booking is the tab.
When the party walks in, seating them opens their tab on the table, with their record attached.
A host view by the door
Today's bookings beside the table plan, showing held, busy and free tables, with late arrivals flagged.
Seat and open a tab
One tap, from the till or the back office, seats the booking and opens its tab.
A waitlist for walk-ins
Keep track of who's waiting, and seat them straight onto a table with a tab.
Questions
Questions people ask.
- Is there a fee per booking or per cover?
- No. Bookings you take directly carry no per-cover fee, and the guest relationship stays with you.

- Yes. They get a confirmation when you book them in and a reminder before they arrive, both in your venue's name, with a link to cancel.
- Can I take a deposit?
- Soon. Holding a card against a booking, and charging a no-show fee, is coming with Tenvelo Payments.
- Can I link a booking to a regular?
- Yes. Bookings are matched to customer records by name, phone or email, so you know which regular is coming in.
