Order and pay at table

Scan, see the bill, order another round.

A QR code on every table opens the same bill your till sees. Guests order the next round from their phone and see what's left to pay, and paying from the phone is coming with Tenvelo Payments.

At the table

The bill they see is the bill you see.

Guests scan the code on the table and see the tab exactly as the till has it, including the round a server rang up a minute ago. No app to download.

  • A QR code per table

Print them from the back office, and swap a table's code for a fresh one whenever you like.

  • Order another round

Guests add to the tab from their phone, and it goes to the kitchen and the bar like any other order.

  • Servers stay in charge

Choose whether phone orders go straight through or wait for a server to accept them first.

  • Pay-only, if you prefer

Keep ordering with your staff and just let guests see the bill. The till gets a “ready to pay” alert.

Paying

Splitting the bill, without a calculator.

Take the bill in shares at the table, in cash or on your own card machine, and everyone sees what's left. Paying by card on the phone, with a tip, is coming with Tenvelo Payments.

  • Split it their way

Equal shares or custom amounts, taken one at a time. What's left shows on the till and on every phone at the table.

  • Never paid twice

Every share is taken against the one bill, so the last share can't be paid twice.

  • Tables free themselves

The moment the bill is paid, the table shows free on every till.

  • Coming: pay from the phone

Guests pay the lot, an equal share or a custom amount, with a tip, by card on their phone, or on a Tenvelo handheld that brings up the bill.
