Tenvelo for pubs
A pub till for the bar, the kitchen and the garden.
Pints on a tab behind the bar, food to the kitchen screen, and tables in the garden ordering from their phones. All on one till system, with no monthly fee for the till.
A day with Tenvelo
From opening time to calling last orders.
“Put it on my tab”
Open a tab by name, add a round from any till behind the bar, and settle it wherever they're standing.
Sunday roast bookings
Tables booked for lunch, confirmation and reminder emails sent in your pub's name, and a waitlist for everyone who just turns up.
Two roasts and a fish, table 14
Food goes straight to the kitchen screen, oldest first, with “no gravy” printed large enough to read.
The beer garden
Tables at the bottom of the garden scan the code on the table and order another round onto their tab, without queuing at the bar.
Quiz night
Each team runs its own tab on the same table, and the bill splits evenly when they're done arguing about the answers.
Who poured that?
Staff sign on with a PIN or card, so every sale, void and free pint has a name on it.
When the wifi drops
The signal drops. The queue never notices.
Plenty of tills stop when the internet does, and you only find out with a queue in front of you. Tenvelo does the work on the tablet in your hand, so a dead router, one bar of 4G in a field, or a cellar with none at all is just a normal shift.

Questions
Questions people ask.
- Can staff run tabs on more than one till?
- Yes. Tabs belong to the pub, not to one till, so anyone can add a round or take the payment from wherever they are.
- Can the garden order from their phones?
- Yes. Put a QR code on each table. Guests see their bill and add rounds, and your staff can choose to check an order before it goes through. Paying by card from the phone is coming soon.
- Does the kitchen get the food orders?
- Yes. Food goes to a kitchen screen or a kitchen printer, and drinks stay at the bar.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- The till keeps taking orders and cash, the tab you're on keeps working, and receipts still print. Everything catches up on its own when the connection's back.
- How much does a pub EPOS system cost?
- Tabs, cash-up and the till are on the Free plan. Plus, at £59 per site a month plus VAT, adds the kitchen screen and bookings. Pro, at £129, adds QR ordering from the garden. Every till is included.
