- How much does Tenvelo cost?
- The Free plan costs nothing. Plus is £59 and Pro is £129 per site, per month, plus VAT, with as many tills and kitchen screens as the site needs.
- Is there a contract or a notice period?
- No. Plans are monthly, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If Tenvelo stops earning its place on your counter, stop using it.
- Do I pay for each till or screen?
- No. Each plan is priced per site, and every till, kitchen screen and member of staff at that site is included.
- Can I try Plus or Pro first?
- Yes. Start a free trial in the back office with no card needed. If you don't carry on, you drop back to Free and keep trading.
- What will card payments cost?
- Tenvelo Payments is coming soon, at one published rate with no hidden fees. You'll see the rate before you're ever asked to switch.
- Can I keep my existing card machine?
- Yes. Take the card on your machine and record it on Tenvelo, so your takings still add up in one place.
- What do I need to get started?
- An Android tablet, an email address to open your account, and your menu. Add a receipt printer and a cash drawer if you want them.
